SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Aztec Aura, we strive to deliver your jewelry safely and in a timely manner. Standard jewelry orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the order date. Custom jewelry orders may take up to 12 weeks, as these pieces are made-to-order by our premium brands.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless an item arrives defective or an error occurred in shipment. We aim to be fully transparent with shipping timelines and costs so you know exactly what to expect.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Jewelry returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles are available as long as the item meets the same return requirements.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygienic and safety reasons:

• Jewelry that has been altered or resized
