Cancellation Policy

Appointments are highly recommended and should be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This amount will be applied to the final cost of your service. Booking Confirmation: You will receive an email or text confirmation within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to verify your appointment. Cancellation & No-Show Policy 24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule, clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may result in loss of deposit or a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: If you fail to show up without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Option: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you may ask to be added to our waitlist. Notification: If a spot opens, you will be contacted. 24-hour notice is required to confirm your availability. No Guarantee: Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Openings are offered in the order requests are received. Age & ID Requirements Photo ID Required: All clients must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of service (e.g., driver's license, passport, or state ID). Minors: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Documentation must show proof of guardianship—matching last names or official paperwork (e.g., birth certificate, court documents). Minimum Age by Piercing Type: Earlobe Piercings: Ages 8+ with parent/guardian Nostril, Helix, etc.: Ages 14+ with parent/guardian Septum, Navel, Advanced Piercings: Ages 16+ with parent/guardian Nipple, Dermal, Genital Piercings: 18+ only Eligibility for whitening: This service is for clients 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Clients with active oral infections, dental surgery within the past 2 weeks, or known allergies to peroxide-based gels may not be eligible. Health & Aftercare It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, dental conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment. Aftercare instructions will be provided.
