- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a jewelry item for another size, color, or style, we will happily assist you. Items must meet the same conditions as returns.
- Non-returnable items: Customized jewelry, used body jewelry, or any jewelry that has been altered or resized are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygienic and safety reasons.
- Shipping Time: Jewelry orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. Custom jewelry orders may take up to 12 weeks for production and shipping. Please keep this in mind when ordering custom pieces.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error occurred during shipment.
