Jewelry:
• Jewelry Returns: We accept returns on jewelry items within 14 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.
• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a jewelry item for another size, color, or style, we will happily assist you. Items must meet the same conditions as returns.
• Non-returnable items: Customized jewelry, used body jewelry, or any jewelry that has been altered or resized are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygienic and safety reasons.
• Shipping Time: Jewelry orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. Custom jewelry orders may take up to 12 weeks for production and shipping. Please keep this in mind when ordering custom pieces.
• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error occurred during shipment.
